I've been writing poetry since I was 15 and My mother read My diary. The diary was filled with typical adolescent angst about bad parenting. She wasn't happy. I wasn't happy about the invasion of My privacy so I turned to verse. I could express My self metaphorically and she was none the wiser.

My writing has always been just for Me until an office mate during our Doc program saw Me creating one day and asked if she could read it. Having read one, she wanted to read more. And so it went that I started sharing My writing.

I would really like to improve My skills and craft. I welcome readers to leave feedback. I'm self taught. There's always room for improvement!
