Summary: Dibley may not have been his first choice of places to live, but Toby has been adjusting as best as can be expected under the circumstances. Unfortunately, circumstances have a nasty habit of changing, and not always for the better. A crossover that is obvious in retrospect. By Hayseed for FemmeQuixotic

Original Prompt: A Vicar of Dibley/HP crossover, in which Hermione goes to visit her Aunt Geraldine Granger in the town of Dibley... and discovers the professor she thought died in the war is active in the Muggle parish.
Author's Notes: While this is a crossover, I'm pretty sure you can read it without being familiar with the television show, The Vicar of Dibley. For a rundown: the show is a creation for the awesome Dawn French (from French and Saunders), who plays the new woman vicar in the very strange town of Dibley. Basically, everyone in the town is either dumb (like Hugo Horton), weird (like Frank, Jim, and Owen), or some mix therein (like Alice Tinker). The comedy, clearly, writes itself. Disclaimer: I own nothing you see here, including the characters
