Original Prompt: Hermione is the new Potions professor. She uncovers Snape's diary, well hidden in the Potions lab or her room. In the diary, she finds evidence that he's still alive. Can be a potion he created or something else. She immediately begins searching for him, and eventually finds him. How does he react and what happens to bring them together?
