This story is excellent and I read a lot of fan fiction. Severus and Hermione interactions are priceless. It is better than any modern day romance book. You have wonderful abilities as a writer and I could not stop reading it until I got to the last chapter that you had written.

Okay I've totally crossed the line.
You know what I just did?
Right before reading this last chapter I actually went to Live Journal and MySpace to search for you.
I got an e-mail that supposedly is yours from DarkSarcasm and thought it was worth the shot, just 'cause I really didn't wanna get to the end of this chapter.
Didn't have any luck of course, so now I can only hope you get to read all of this.
And one last time: PLEASE finish this story.
I remember now why I never got to read "Silken Shadows", I always expected you to up-date VT and didn't want to know how things ended up.
Even now I don't know if should read t or not...

To be really honest, I read your story YEARS ago (literally), on ff.net, way before the purge that deleted most of the good stories there.
I think I even read it as you were writing it, and I'm positive I must've left comments on it.
Anyways, I know you never finished writing it, and always wondered why was that...
Also I would REALLY like to know if there's a way (ANY) that might convince you to do so...I remember it used to be quite popular, and I'm sure more than one will thank you for it.
