Hmm, a glass of wine with commarades-in-arms, a rousing speech, and a moment of silence to remember those that have died--good prelude to a battle.
I love the last 10 paragraphs in which Hermione and Severus interact. I found it to be very poignant with Severus going from snogging her 'senseless for about an hour', to having tears in his eyes out of fearful regret due to the depth of his love for her. It was lovely when she asked him if he'd like to do some more things to her, and he answered, '"I most certainly do, my pet." He grinned rakishly,....' Freaking lucky girl!
